RETURNS POLICY

We hope that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase, and we go to great lengths to ensure that all our items sold are in the condition as described. However, if the item you purchased is not as you expected or is the wrong size, you can return your purchase for a refund or exchange. The items you wish to return, or exchange must be in the same condition that you received it in – unworn, in its original packaging, with all labels attached. Take note that sale items are final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable.
To return any item purchased, please contact us via email julia@faveur.co.za within 7 days of the order shipment date and return the item within 10 days of the order shipment date. The cost of returning your item will be for your account. Once we have received your return request, the returns address will be emailed to you.
Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5 working days to process this. We require another 5 working days to refund you and have this reflect in your bank account. We will notify you via email once we have received and processed your returns.
